this is my fist order. I had no problem ordering it. The picture of the item is a little confusing because the cover of the chars are on and it resembles a cheaper unit. But the control knob shows it is the YM100. |

I have this product and love it. The juicer is for my grand daughter for Christmas as she has a Kitchen Aid 6 Qt. Professional Mixer. She received it on Christmas and is thrilled. |
