I have purchased items from this company several times before and found them to be competant and easy to work with. My downgrading marks this time are due to website issues. I have an account with this company but the order form did not autofill which increased my ordering time. There was some sort of problem with the first credit card I used but the website wouldn't say what the problem was so I didn't know if I had meerly entered a bad number or what. There was no "edit credit card information", just an opportunity to use another credit card. As someone concerned with identity theft, I like to know if there is a problem with my card that I might not be aware of and this website provides no information to help me sort it out. |

Everything went smoothly except when logging in and entering a gift card number. After logging in I had difficulty applying a gift card number. Also,I did not see any indicaton of the gift card appplication at the checkout. |
